FREDERICK BOWEN

Managing Director/Lead Consultant

  Mr. Frederick T. W. Bowen is a seasoned professional with over 39 years of extensive experience across advisory, consultancy, managerial, and technical roles in Supply Chain Management and allied disciplines.

 

   His distinguished service spans a wide range of sectors including healthcare, education, manufacturing, telecommunications, energy (power generation, LNG, oil & gas), commercial enterprise, and philanthropic advocacy.

 

   Mr. Bowen is particularly recognized for his strategic interventions in procurement governance, internal controls, and regulatory compliance, and has played pivotal roles in both public and private sector transformation efforts.

CARROL JARVIS

Director / Senior Human Resource Consultant

Carrol Jarvis is a seasoned Human Resource Professional with over 30 years of experience in strategic talent management, organizational effectiveness, and workforce development. With a proven track record at the Petroleum Company of Trinidad and Tobago and currently serving as an Associate Consultant at e-CORE Business ATM, Carrol brings expertise in HR planning, industrial relations, and change management.

 

   She holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix and a BSc in Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick. Carrol is committed to creating productive work environments through strong mediation, coaching, and leadership development.

VERNON HENRY

Senior Procurement Consultant

  Vernon Henry, BSc, MBA, Dip. Pub. Admin., PGCertHE, Dip, SCM(ITC), MCIPS, is a seasoned procurement and supply chain expert with over 30 years of executive-level experience across public and private sectors. He is the Managing Director of Purchasing and Materials Management Solutions Ltd., where he leads consulting and training in procurement, logistics, supply chain management, and contract management. Vernon has held key leadership roles at RBC Financial, National Flour Mills, World GTL, and other major organizations, where he led strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and procurement systems implementations.

  He holds a BSc in Management Studies and an MBA from Andrews University, alongside advanced certifications in supply chain management from the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) and the International Trade Centre. A respected lecturer, Vernon has been lecturing with institutions including SBCS Global Learning Institute and Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business. He has also lectured in courses in the Australian Institute of Business and the University of Beckfordshire MBA programmes. He was a founding member of the Supply Management Association of Trinidad and Tobago and is a graduate member of CIPS.
